Creative Photography is an eight week class focused on stretching the creative mind through a series of creative challenges. These, ranging from visual limits on images, to requiring an elements be included in an image, or describing an abstract framework on which the photographic process must be based, will assist in expanding student's photographic vision, and help them see beyond their creative comfort zone.
The objective of this course is to help students become more aware of their own photographic vision, without being tied to a particular subject or style. Between the weekly assignment photography and class discussions, students will be continually asked to compare their new images to how they have worked before, and examine how the weekly assignments reveal their own creative strengths and interests.
